There will be 28 beautiful one-of-a-kind homes on display throughout the Washington County area. This is the largest number of homes on display in the history of the St. George Area Parade of Homes! Homes are open daily from 10 am to 7 pm daily. Closes at 5 pm on February 26th.

President’s Message
Welcome and thank you for choosing to visit the Southern Utah Home Builders Association 2012 St. George Area Parade of Homes. The success of our Parade would not be possible without the support of the countless people who return year after year to experience this spectacular event. As builders we look forward each year, to the challenge of dreaming, designing, and building homes that truly capture the essence of the “American Dream” and it is your enthusiasm and excitement that drives us to reach ever higher in the home building industry.
As you experience each home, I hope you will appreciate the hard work and tremendous abilities of the thousands of people who desire to showcase their best. As we emerge from these trying economic times we commend those who have changed, adapted, and given all they have to remain a part of this industry. These parade homes surely represent the cream of the crop!
I would also like to extend a special thank you to the many sponsers who continue to support the Parade each year. We encourage all to pay a special visit to these sponsors and take advantage of the many services and products they have to offer. Chairman’s Message
Welcome to another version of one of the most successful displays of home construction in the United States, THE 2012 ST. GEORGE AREA PARADE OF HOMES. Inside this parade you will find amazing contractors, trade subcontractors, material suppliers, and interior decorators that have showcased their talents into our homes. We appreciate your attendance, and your desire to participate in this year’s event.
This year will not disappoint. In fact, we have 28 homes this year (the highest number of homes ever in our parade) to help give you the feeling this is the time to get that new home you are dreaming about. As you will see, there are incredible new ideas to make your wishes come true. And, as you experience these homes, you will see many ideas on how to make your home a showcase. This year there is a wide range of pricing reflecting our goal to have something for everyone. Regardless of price, each home will have its own feeling for quality and beauty that makes this parade so unique. Truly, Southern Utah’s Home builders are professionals with excellent ideas. Come see for yourself.
My wife and I love to visit the homes together each year, and one of last year’s parade features resulted in my own home modification. And, for those out there that fear change, I actually love the addition even though it cost me a few shekels. And that is what it is all about, finding ideas that you can use in your existing home, finding that contractor to build your dream home, or just having a good time touring these most excellent creations.

Tickets
Tickets may be purchased on-line by clicking on the “Buy Tickets Now” tab featured on the home page. You may also buy tickets at the Red Cliffs Mall (1750 E. Red Cliffs Drive, St. George) and Lin’s Market locations (St. George, Hurricane & Cedar City) beginning, February 16th at 5 pm. Tickets are $12.50 per person. A magazine will be provided when tickets are purchased at these locations. If tickets are purchased on-line, a voucher will be provided and the map may be accessed on-line (see tickets page for complete details). Vouchers can be exchanged for an actual ticket and magazine at any of the Parade homes. Tickets will not be available at the home for purchase, only on-line or at ticket locations. You may take the full 10 days to view the 28 Parade homes. It is a self-guided tour with directional signs along the Parade route to help you locate the homes. Children three years and older are required to have a ticket. No discounts for children or seniors.
Visitors will be asked to remove and carry their shoes. Please wear shoes that are easily removable. Visitors enter Parade homes at their own risk. The Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA) and the Parade builders assume no liability for injuries incurred while on the premises. Please inform the host at the door if you require assistance of any kind due to disability or otherwise.
Lodging & Relocation
Hurry and reserve your lodging accommodations as early as possible. The Parade of Homes begins on President’s Day Weekend and rooms sell out quickly. For lodging accommodations, click here. Designer Sale
As you tour the homes featured in the 2012 Parade you will notice a sign at the entrance of each home to inform information visitors if any or all of the items (furnishings, accessories, etc) displayed are for sale by decorators. All items must remain in the homes until the close of the show, but may be purchased during the entire run of the event.
