General Information

• Parade of Homes Dates February 13 - 22, 2026
• 31 New Homes Open 10 am to 7 pm daily. Closes at 5 pm on February 22, 2026.
• Scattered home site event throughout Washington County, Utah
• Self-guided tour. Commonly takes up to all 10 days to view homes.
• Wear comfortable easy to remove shoes. You will need to remove your shoes. Socks are required. Socks Must Be Worn At All Homes.
• Please carry your shoes with you. You will receive a shoe bag at the first home you visit.
• Please re-use this bag as you go from home to home. Shoe bags are available while supplies last.
• Booties only to be used for medical purposes.

GUIDELINES 

Thank You for Attending and Following These Guidelines. 

• Socks are required. No bare feet allowed. You will receive a shoe bag at the first home you visit.
• Please re-use this bag as you go from home to home. Shoe bags are available while supplies last.
• Booties only to be used for medical purposes.
• Hosts have the right to limit visitors in home.
• DO NOT TOUCH any surface area, furniture, walls, fixtures, etc.
• Ticket holders have the option to view Parade homes online through virtual tours beginning a few days after start of event.
• Be respectful of hosts and adhere to their requests.
• The Southern Utah Home Builders Association has the right to close any Parade home at any time for any reason.
• Refer to ticket and Parade magazine for additional terms and conditions. Visitors assume all risks and danger incidental to the event. 
• Do not enter homes if you are feeling ill.

 

Tickets & Map

• Tickets are $25 each, no discounts for children or seniors. Children three years and older are required to have a ticket.
• You can visit all homes, Plus 2 re-entries of Bearer's choice.
• You can purchase tickets online here or beginning February 12th at 5 pm at the Red Cliffs Mall (1750 E. Red Cliffs Drive, St. George in center court) or Lin's Markets (St. George-Sunset Blvd and Mall Dr, Hurricane & Cedar City).
• NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE HOMES.
• Tickets are Non-refundable, Non-transferable, and Not for Resale. Sharing tickets is not allowed.
• When you purchase a ticket online, a map with home addresses will be emailed to you on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Map/addresses are not released earlier because Parade contractors are working hard to finish the homes and not yet ready for visitors.
• A magazine with the parade route map are included with ticket purchase. You can pick up your magazine at any home, or wherever you purchase a paper ticket.
• Ticket entitles visitor admittance to each of the homes once during the 10-day event. The ticket has an additional benefit allowing two repeat admittances to two of your favorite Parade homes. Visitors must purchase a new ticket if re-entry exceeds more than two homes.

 

Lodging & Relocation

Disclosure Information

The ticket grants to you a license to enter Parade homes at the times set forth herein.  You acknowledge and agree that under some circumstances, including but not limited to, incomplete construction of the home, safety issues, etc., entry to a home may be denied.  You agree to be respectful of all personal property of each Parade Builder. Due to the unusual nature of the originality of each home you agree to comply with all specific, additional regulations and requirements imposed by the Builder or host when visiting any Parade home.

You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the Parade of Homes. You voluntarily agree that the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and the Builders displaying the homes are expressly released by you from any and all claims, damages and liability of whatever kind or nature arising out of or in any way related to the use of this ticket and the Parade of Homes including, but not limited to, those occurring prior to, during, or after entry to a home, those arising out of injuries or death, those arising as a result of being denied access to a home in the Parade, and those arising while traveling to or from a home. BY ATTENDING THE PARADE OF HOMES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE SOUTHERN UTAH HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION AND EACH PARADE BUILDER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
