The Rosanno Grande was designed by taking one of our most popular plans and adding everything the buyers, who live in one, say they would add if they could build it again with no restrictions! From a spacious covered entry and courtyard to a Casita for your guests. The expansive kitchen boasts a huge granite island, computer work station and large walk in pantry. The huge Great Room has a large, efficient fireplace and our signature Lighted Tray Ceiling. The Master Bathroom has a large doorless shower, jetted tub, lots of light, and a huge walk in closet. The Laundry is spacious and full of cabinets and there is a storage room where you can put all your "stuff". The back covered patio is large and inviting. Garage is an over-sized three car with extra big doors.

Bangerter Homes has been building homes for 80 years and 5 generations of Utah families with Garret Bangerter's leadership at the helm here in Southern Utah for over 27 years. The Bangerter name has built a reputation of Quality, Integrity, and Value all over Utah. Garret and his son Brandon, worked together, played together and ultimately died together this past September from injuries in a tragic auto accident coming home from a fishing trip together. We miss them both deeply and are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support and love from buyers and the industry as we continue building homes in the same legacy Garret cherished. Now at the helm as General Contractor is Garret's younger brother, Blair Bangerter (also named Builder of the Year by the Utah Home Builder's Association and innovator and builder of Disney's UP HOUSE for the SLC Parade of Homes) and Robin Vaughn from Sunwood Homes who immediately volunteered to supervise Garret's 27th Parade Home to completion. Garret and his wife Sherra chose the name of "Joy" for his 2022 Parade home before his death. Not only is it named after Garret's mother -Joy Colleen Bangerter- but it signifies the feeling Garret and Brandon had for building. They both loved building quality homes for people-- It filled them with Joy. So it is with great love and respect that we welcome you into Garret's last personally planned Parade home; his "Joy" and hope that joy always fills your homes, families, friends and hearts
