Five years ago we entered our first home in the Parade of Homes. After struggling for several days on what exotic French word we should name our house we decided to name it after our son. That started a tradition of naming each Parade Home after one of our children. This last July we welcomed our youngest son Emmitt. So the tradition continues and we are happy to present "The Emmitt" plan. The Emmitt sits on the corner of a beautiful new five acre park in the Stucki Farms subdivision with dramatic views of the Bluff in Warner Valley, as well as Pine Valley Mountain. DG Ventures is a premier custom home builder that focuses on timeless quality, exceptional value, and the highest level of design and craftsmanship. It is our goal and passion to provide each and every customer with a superior building experience. Del is currently serving on the SUHBA Board of Directors as the Vice President and enjoys volunteering for the Association.
