When Modern Edge Design + Build envisioned TerraVue, our goal was to create a home that fully immerses you in luxury, scale, and view. Spanning over 15,000 square feet, the residence frames unobstructed views of Pine Valley Mountain through soaring ceilings up to 24 feet, large-format porcelain walls, dramatic cantilevered stairs, and warm white-oak ceilings and beams. Every detail was intentionally selected—from the private theater with a 203-inch LED wall and expansive sports simulator to the indoor pickleball and basketball court and spa-level amenities.
