A concept from the eastern coast of the United States where the owners of the homes are within a common courtyard to promote relationships with the families next door. The Cottages and Cottage Courts have a cottage style construction and are nestled in the boundaries of Stucki Farms Resort. All of these homes are zoned for vacation rental and surround a large amenity package including a lazy river pool and world class club house. There are many more amenities to come as well.
