The Bryce is located adjacent to the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve and has unobstructed views of its red rock formations as well as Pine Valley Mountain. Named after Bryce National Park, this home has natural stone and landscaping inside as well as outside. Starting with the courtyard water feature, flowing into the entry with its Living Wall, continuing past the luxurious natural stone clad fireplace in the great room, through the 12' wide sliding glass doors onto the covered patio with its natural stone wall and finishing at the water feature and fire pit in the backyard, the Bryce brings the outdoors into the indoor space. The master bathroom shower is one of a kind, with its elegant design and tile work. Furthermore, this home has been built as a true smart home. Sensors and cameras are used to let the system know when there is anyone home. The smart home system can then control lighting, heating and air conditioning, appliances, entertainment, sprinkler system, showers, tubs, etc. so that the home operates as efficiently as possible.

Directions

From I-15 exit at Green Spring Dr. head north until Green Spring Drive ends at the intersection with Washington Parkway. Turn left on Washington Parkway then left on Concord Dr.. Home is located on the corner of Concord Dr. and W. Reserve Drive.
